At Milenia, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility


Returns are accepted within same days of delivery.


Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.


For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as socks, undergarments, or accessories) cannot be returned.

2. Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.


If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


Shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to international logistics.


If you want a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@milenia.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.


We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping Costs


For standard returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.


For defective or incorrect items, Milenia will cover the return shipping charges.

6. Non-Returnable Items


Gift cards, digital products, and final sale/clearance items are not eligible for return.
